Luxury Downtown 2 bed 2 bath corner unit- 304 Parking included

Great location within walking distance to Broadway!Small & stained bath linens; cheap, single-ply toilet paper. Sink did not drain properly; dryer vent was not connected, causing moisture & lint all over laundry closet. Closet light also not working.

Positive: 304 Cityview Apartment in Nashville was absolutely fantastic. The place was spotless from top to bottom — beautiful bathrooms, a modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a lovely sitting area that felt instantly welcoming. The air‑conditioning was exceptional, which made a huge difference in the high temperatures outside.The location was ideal too: around a 15‑minute walk to Broadway, close enough for easy access but far enough for a peaceful stay.We would happily stay here again in a heartbeat. The only small downside was the 10am checkout, which felt a bit early as we had to head straight to the airport with all our luggage — but that’s no fault of the apartment itself.Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at this condo! The location was one of the biggest highlights. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Nashville to feel quiet and relaxing, but still close enough that getting to all of the popular areas and attractions was quick and easy.The condo was comfortable, convenient, and a great home base for exploring Nashville. We really enjoyed being able to experience everything the city has to offer while having a peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Nashville!

Let me start by saying at first it's a little confusing on how the check in process work and how to get into the place but after the first time it's very easy, Lol. The place was nice and well kept, the host allowed us to check in a little early, and parking was secured. We didn't never find the swimming pool though, I'm guessing it was at another property across the street, I'm not sure but I didn't go there to swim. Overall, I loved the stay and when I return to Nashville, I hope this property is available.
